  I made an appointment at peacock for my mom. I drove her to the doctors office the day of her appointment, and we waited for about an hour before we decided to cut our losses and leave. While we were in the waiting room, which was packed, we heard other patients talking about how long they have been waiting. It was 11am when we arrived. One woman mentioned that she had been waiting since 9:30am, and other patients had been waiting a similar amount of time. Another woman in the waiting room found the waiting time so ridiculous she was laughing uncontrollably. The nurse didn't seem to like this very much since she gave my mom, who wanted to reschedule, attitude and made faces while the woman laughed in the background. I don't think any doctor is worth that much trouble.
